Payments are accepted via Stripe, Ko-fi, or Revolut.

50% of the payment is required upfront. The remaining 50% will be due after the sketch is approved.

Commissions are typically completed within 4 weeks.If delays occur, the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible.

Progress of commission can be tracked at Trello board.

All communication regarding the commission will be handled via Discord or Instagram, depending on the commissioner’s preference.

I retain all rights to the artwork. The commissioner may post the artwork on social media, provided proper credit is given by tagging "Artsyamel".

For commercial use, the commissioner must notify me in advance. A separate licensing fee will be agreed upon for such use.

The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or any similar technology.

Major changes can be requested during the sketch phase. After the sketch is approved, only minor changes will be accepted.

Full refunds are available only if work has not yet begun. Once the sketch is approved, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

The artwork may not be altered, traced, or claimed as the commissioner’s own work. The artwork may not be used in hate speech, discriminatory content, or illegal activities.
